Sway Tennis Club has a thriving junior coaching programme provided by Sway Tennis Academy. Our courses are organised inline with the new LTA Youth programme, catering for all juniors from ages 3 - 18. We also run invite only academy squads and school clubs. Our adult coaching courses cater for all, from our Tennis Xpress beginner starter courses to the advanced Adult Improvers. Or just interested in improving your on-court fitness? tennis camps

Our popular tennis holiday camps run every school holiday of the year. It can be an excellent way to introduce young people to tennis or to improve and/or practice your skills if you are an experienced player. We can meet all your needs! Competitions & events

Competition is the reason we learn to play tennis. Whether it be completing as many skills as possible, competing against another player, in a team, with parents or by yourself, we have regular half termly and termly competitive opportunities for all ages and abilities. Craig McEwan Coach

Craig and Marian McEwan founded Sway Tennis Club in May 1984.  Craig has coached at county, regional and national level, with 3 of his former pupils gaining world rankings in the Men’s game and a Junior player achieving top 100 status.  He is a former LTA Tutor, Examiner and Referee, and has a special interest in and experience of wheelchair tennis at international level.  He holds academic qualifications in Education and Psychology and is a qualified Sports masseur and Reiki practitioner.
